VHT flame proof is the ultimate product for heat resistant painting
I have use this product on my one ton ute I am restoring, I have applied the primer to engine bay and all other areas that need to heat treated.

Prefer the VHT piants
Being High Temp, as a primer, thought t may be ok,as an air dry coating, but it stayed a little tacky,, no doubt, it does need heat to cure.
