The Atlas SD72W speaker is a flush-mount, passive in-ceiling loudspeaker. It is a great speaker for any background application in schools, restaurants, or retail stores. This dual-cone Atlas Sound speaker has pre-drilled holes to make installation simple. Features on the Atlas SD72W speaker include Zinc-treated 22-gauge steel, a ceiling baffle, and a paper cone that allows for lower harmonic distortion on this speaker. Additional features include an 8-inch speaker and 25-volt/70-volt line matching transformer. There is also a dispersion angle of 105 degrees on this speaker. The peak power-handling capacity on this Atlas Sound speaker is 25 watts and peak RMS is 15 watts. Technical features on this Atlas Sound speaker include a minimum frequency response of 45 Hz and a maximum frequency response of 19 kHz (nominal), impedance of 8 Ohms, and sensitivity of 97 dB.
