Why I won’t buy from trainz anymore.
After placing my order I then realized I could not find the mounting screw for the coupler. So I sent trainz an email asking if they could please include a mounting screw. The response I got was No. Now this is a 4mm. screw very tiny and cost about a penny. Being a returning customer I feel like this is extremely poor customer service especially when the request literally was less than a cent in cost. Totally a turn off. I recently visited a Train store in Lansdale Pennsylvania for the very first time knowing they had the screw I asked if I could buy a pair. As I was walking around taking in this beautiful family owned train store the owner came up to me and handed me the screws and said on the house thanks for visiting.
