    Thule 450 Crossroad Feet

    Great change from the older non "aero" feet with rigid underattachment. The coated metal band on a ratchet is much more secure and easier to use while also protecting the factory rack it's attached to. My only complaint is the ridiculousley weak plastic tabs that attach the front to the feet. I broke one immediately and had to fabricate something so the face would not fall off. Thule blew it quality wise here. Jb

    Easy on easy off and super secure.

    The Thule 450 pack adds a ton of utility, great quality, and easy install for far less than factory prices. The only down side is that the system does increase wind noise. However, to safely and securely haul kayaks or a cargo box, that’s a small price to pay.

    Sturdy, easy to use and fit.

    Typical excellent Thule quality; my only gripe is the cost. These brackets work by tightening a flexible strap around the bottom of your roof rails, while the body sits on top, holding a Thule crossbar. This design should work with a very wide range of roof rails.

    Installation could not have been easier. Feet have a simple, trustworthy tightening mechanism that hold bars very securely. Otherwise thule and Yakima products cost about twice what they should imo.
