electronic flasher
This is an electronic flasher module, that has been made to replicate an old style module. That means it will work great for regular bulbs. However will still hyperflash with LED this is not a design failure it is so people with normal bulbes can see when one has burn out. This was not explained in the description. It works great for a drop in replacement. But does not do what you are thinking it should with LED replacement bulbes.
