The target of getting this video was to accomplish two things: Control my eating/weight and to quit procrastinating. I'm doing better with both. The eating made me think and now I won't eat food unless the bite has value in it, i.e., protein, fiber, nutrients. Even my cakes have flaxseed in them, with no icing. I now put more flavor in the cake itself. The procrastination is better too, I finally put up my crown moulding in the master bedroom and WILL finish it, this weekend will be to the caulking (don't envy me,now), the main thing, I'm finishing what I started. I pop it into the DVD player to act as a coach, I recommend it for self-improvement.
Very poor quality speaker and teacher, the material and data was not good and was very poorly presented. This is the worst Great Courses I have ever had!
No matter how determined and energized I am when I attempt a goal, I never have the will power to stick with it in the long run. I came across this DVD just when I felt my will power had let me down again. I’ve leaned a lot from the dvd and have even started practicing some of the suggestions. It is well worth the price.
