I owned the previous model of Boogie Board, and liked it. I am a computer programmer, and it helps me keep track of changes I need to make to programs. The old model was good, but the permanent battery wore out, and made it useless. The new model is lighter in weight, but still sturdy enough. The display is also brighter as advertised. I'm pleased that the battery is replaceable. The stylus is better than the previous model. There is a place on top of the board for storing the stylus, and it is clumsy to remove. But not a show-stopper. It comes with a protective sleeve, which is well designed. It is easy to slide the board in and out. I would recommend for purchase.

Cool Device
Good product. I am a Behavioral Therapist and provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) to children with Autism. This is such a great product and the kids really love drawing on it during their breaks. Also good for working on addition/subtraction and writing. The product is super thin (which is pretty cool). I dropped it screen side down on a tile floor and it still works perfectly. I assume its pretty sturdy then. :)

Nice and bright
I like the board, it is nice and bright, but wished it had a lock button. It is easy to accidentally clear any info that has been written down. Our other board has a lock button so it can't be accidentally erased. I just assumed they all had that. However, it does have a cover that protects it and does help with not hitting the button. In spite of the lock issue I am happy with the board. The size is nice to write quick notes when also occupied with other things.
