Bought for my elderly mother. This phone is ok but I'm just not convinced it's genuine Apple. With my previous iPhone 5 you could increase the size of the settings text and you could put the new phone next to the old one and set it up. The clarity of the screen is poor. There is no sim release pin and the box was like paper rather than card. In addition to this the software can't be updated so apps like Youtube cannot be updated/used. This is a great improvement on my old phone. In the case of battery life, it may be that I spend a lot of time playing with it and getting apps this of course uses up the battery charge.
