How Biotene helps
I suffered from canker sores in my mouth for years. Some time ago, I read that avoiding "Sodium Laurel Sulfate", a foaming agent in almost ALL toothpastes, might help. Biotene is the only toothpaste I could get that DID NOT have this chemical in it. I have not had a canker sore since I began using Biotene.
