This product works well and is easy to use, but has limited lasting effect. Even with that said, it is the best product on the market for its stated purpose. Once you open the cap to the product, the air will affect the color remaining in the tube. You will have less effectiveness with each opening of the tube. Great product and works as described. On it's first couple of uses it just reduces the grey without eliminating it which is perfect. It's only downside is that after a few applications the grey tends to reduce until your left with a complete colour however this is better than leaving it and having grey roots showing.
