When I was much younger, and, let’s face it, Jane was much younger, I did the exercises on this tape. They are mostly stretches and some modern dance moves which together seem to get to every muscle and joint and gets them moving. It’s under half-an-hour of useful exercise. Unfortunately, I’ve never been able to locate these warm-ups on dvd so, if you don’t have a VCR, you won’t be able to join Jane & me.
