Excellent older model video card. If you’re not streaming, this could work for you.
Well, this thing runs great, operates as the seller promised. It’s a pretty big upgrade for my desktop from a GTX 750 TI to 1060 is a pretty good jump. Like everything else in the tech world, nothing is game without affecting everything else, so I’m probably gonna end up putting a beef here power supply in, but it runs great. Great Graphics card!
Before you buy a high quality graphics card like this, make sure your desktop can handle it. Meaning, it would be best to have a 700w power supply for this to run with no problems. Make sure you have a 6-pin PCI cable, if not that probably means you need to upgrade your power supply. And if you just want to make your graphics card to perform even better, I would also suggest upgrading your processor (Not Mandatory). How does the graphics card perform? Just for example, Fortnite, runs on epic settings at around 70-120 FPS. My old graphics card was a GT 720, absolute garbage when it comes to playing games. Decent budget gpu
This gpu is very capable of playing older 1080p games at reasonable settings. Make sure to get the 6gb card not the 3gb. Awesome graphics and budget freindly.

Great performance still today for a very reasonable price - even better if you can get it on a best offer.
I put this in a machine running an AM2 slot dual core processor and it is able to play Oblivion really well with medium settings, I was able to play Rocksmith really smoothly too. I'm going to be changing it over to a quad core AM3 chip in a few weeks and going to 8GB system memory and I'm sure I will be able to play even more with this, possibly Skyrim at that point at least on medium, when I go to a six core AM3 with 16GB DDR3 I am sure that Skyrim will be able to go to High on this card - probably even newer games (Modern Warfare remake, Resident Evil 2/3 etc..)Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
