took several attempts to get it to match up with phone can't seem to make any changes to tracker from phone or on tracker. don't think it ever made a good Bluetooth connection I have a garminfit3 and it made connection right away and transferred pin to phone then every detail that could be programed into the tracker. kinda disappointed with this tracker but it is a remanufactured and might still have the old phone still in memory i

This is a simple to use tracker, with very detailed information on the band. The detail is even MORE detailed on the free smartphone app. It is light and comfortable on the wrist, and is fairly low-key in appearance. The fact that it calibrates to your heartrate and activity is very nice, and gives a more accurate count of your exercise and calories burned.

Inaccurate in all forms
The blue tooth connection to my phone is terrible. If I happen to leave my phone just a few feet away. It will buzz me trying to connect and disconnect from it until I get my phone close enough. It doesn't track your floors worth a damn. It told me that I climbed 30 floors and I barely walk in and down 5. As far as my steps go. I don't see it being even close to accurate. And the heart rate is all over the place. I going back to my old Garmin without the heart rate.

Very helpful timepiece at a very modest price
It might not be exactly very easy to use at full capabilities as they would expand with study. It might be not as accurate at heart rate measurements as over the chest heart rate monitors - around 85% vs 95%. However at the price of $45 you can get the ability to substantially improve your overall fitness with easy monitoring everyday cardiovascular load.
