Quality product, missing english labels.
Installation was simple even though there ware no English instructions - the pictures were informative enough. Pros: - Quality product - Includes water filter - requires 1/2" water connection. - Gentle washing cycles - Easy installation - Australian plug with RCD protection Cons: - The length wise adjustment is not enough, I would need additional 2cm to fit perfectly. - Control panel labels are all Chines, It would be good if the English label were also supplied. - Water hose would benefit if it was 10cm longer, it was tight fit on my toiletVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

After 2 weeks in Japan I want one. :)
Pros: Built quality quite good with enough features, come with Australia power plug and English template. Cons: Seat a little longer than toilet bowl, connection not 100% compatible with Australia connecting system, will need to spend extra $16 to make connecting easier. (see photos)

Best ever installation in our house! - works exactly like in Japan
Best thing we've installed in our house in recent memory! Super super easy to install (did not expect it to be so simple) and works a treat - reminds me of our trip to Japan. Comes with two sets of english stickers which is great and although the guide that comes with the seat is in chinese, you can find english ones online from gearbite. Alternatively, look for the installation video on youtube which sets it out really clearly. Water and seat are both very warm. Only thing is the seat is quite long so it sticks out a little bit at the front (see picture), but this has been raised by others previously so we bought it knowing this was the case - very minor issue though. Doesn't affect how the toilet seat works.

very good quality, delivered on time too. Instruction is very clear, installation should be easy. Only issue I had was water hose (plastic) has slightly different thread width. Went to Bunnings, the guy said it's often the case when you try to connect plastic head with metal one. I bought another two connectors to use in between (one plastic one metal), fixed the issue.
