    Disappointed in HP Printers

    We would like to give this printer a good review for we have used HP Printers most of our careers. This one is not working well at all. Trying to get it to hook up to our network or just a Bluetooth connection is impossible. Will not do it. We have followed all ridicules' instructions with no success. We put in 2 calls for support with no response as of today. We will most likely want to do a return. It has not printed 1 page. We bought extra ink. Money lost we do not have. We shall give the support people 2 more days. Then a return will be requested. Sadly we need a good fair priced printer asap. Way behind now on work. It would had been a good value if it worked.

    Setup problems were from printer connecting to the wrong WiFi signal automatically. Otherwise it is a great printer.
