Pros: Good experience with this brand and product. No quality issues out of the box. Has not had any issues since it was put to work daily since May 2016. Funtional and ease of use. Good wattage and gets food cooked fast. Cons: Steam tends to fog up the window when cooking with liquid based recipes. Better ventilation would be a plus. New One did not work, sent the second one is too old. And they said they recovery the shipping cost $20.00 but they did not do it. I lost $48.00 of shipping back to them.
