instructions clear, easy to use, colour as advertised
I only wanted to dye a white fabric with a very pale background, so removed article after only a few minutes until I achieved colour I desired.. I am using fabric in a patchwork quilt and do not know how long the colour will last, or if there will be any bleeding when washed. In this case it wouldn't matter because it is a much paler tone of the surrounding fabric but I jwould suggest drying sample thoroughly and washing with a white cloth to assess bleeding of colourVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Dye is not fast in hot washes
The color was true to the color on the box. My problem is that when used on good quality (not new) cotton bath towels the color has run in the last three washes with other white items in the wash being slightly stained. I dyed the towels as per instructions, then did a fixer wash, then washed them separately for the first General wash. I wash at 60°C so maybe if you wash in cold water it would be OK.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

stir well, don't water down too much
make sure you stir well, and after you have made you liquid, DON'T ad more water. also the clothes seemed to absorb more of the dye in the order you put it in, so I have a spectrum of stuff dark green to light grey, so work accordingly. over all quite happy, I only got 1 pack, and wish I had gotten 2.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
