These are the ultimate ideal strap lock!!!!
Have been using these for over a year or more now & have gigged up to 3 shows a week with these in all sorts of weather. They are VERY reliable, but do become useless if taken on & off too many times. Your guitar will go nowhere with these attached over the strap! They are a very easy option in that you do not have to mod your guitar or keep up with anything else like conventional strap locks. I have heard people say that these are nothing but overpriced bread tags, but I'd like to see a bread tag that can hold a guitar like these;) I would trust these on my Ernie Ball JP6 worth 2 grand... I would NOT trust a bread tie on it! -Just sayin'

Bout all I can say is they haven't dropped my guitar so far, they are thin my picks are thicker than they are , just to be honest , I don't really trust them to secure my new guitar , I just thought they would be thicker than what they are
