Fit was exact .
Well made and everything needed to lower the tailpipe so that it would not touch the right rear leaf spring. The factory triangle must be removed from the lower tailpipe hanger ( couple of crescent wrenches did it for me, ) The new bracket fastens to the vehicle frame with existing bolts and then the new supplied bolts and flat washers (also supplied) may be inserted thru the rubber hanger you removed from the vehicle into the new bracket's threaded welded nuts. Done !! Ps I used two new stainless shouldered bolts thru the rubber and so did not need to use supplied washers.
