Perfect DVD/Game storage.
I bought this specifically to avoid overdeep shelves that either look ugly or make you double-stack (meaning you can’t see what’s at the back). This unit is perfect for purpose. The quality is maybe a half step down from IKEA but is still really easy to put together (although a friend will be useful) and sturdy enough once constructed. Highly recommend using the wall mounts (so bear that in mind if you can’t or prefer to not drill holes in your walls). It is also BIG (pay attention to the dimensions), but looks great when it’s up and the movie/game collection is sorted and in place. In fact I love it so much that I’ll be ordering a second one in the near future and split my collection between the two either side of the entertainment unit, dividing up the discs with display items. Very happy and would (indeed will) buy again.

Toy Storage
This product is flimsy and requires some stabilisation across the back of it. It's such a shame that this is the case because, once assembled it looks functional, but it just isn't secure Some of the dowling connector pieces where too short for the length of the holes they were inserted into so their stability capacity was rendered ineffectual This lack of sturdiness means I wouldn't trust it to safey hold my CD/DVD collection so initially I was regretting having purchased it But you'll see from my photo that I have found a purpose for it that won't impact it's flimsy capacity

Great looking shelf, poor design & build quality
The product is poorly made from chip board. The main piece that holds it all together gave out once i finished build it and lifted it off the ground to move, its just a case of poor design which causes a lack of support where its needed most, the middle which holds it all together. The flimsy build quality was a worry, i could tell instantly as ive built dozens of flat packs in the past and am a part time handyman on the side. See the attached pics and look at the dilemma i had. Very disappointing as i really wanted these to organise my home studio. These aren't exactly cheap i might add.

Awkward construction
Great storage for DVD's with adjustable shelves however it was very difficult and awkward to construct this on my own. As the unit is built in two sections, as per instructions, the centre fixed shelf carries the weight of the top section when standing it up. As the "connectors" are only set into chip board, the weight was enough for the connectors to break through the chip board making it unstable. I have therefore placed the unit on it's side so that no pressure is put onto the middle section where the chip board broke. Good product but have safety concerns
Unfortunately when assembling the shelf the top part buckled and broke and became completely unusable. This raised considerable safety concerns that I’m actually glad it broke whilst assembling rather than break and fall on someone once completed. The wood is chip board and not heavy duty which explains why it broke, along with not being sturdy. Rather than throw the shelving away I made it a half sized shelving unit instead which looks great. For this reason alone I recommend the product only if your intending to hold 256 DVD’s or 512 CD’s. Because of this I have just placed an order for another unit with the intent of building it as a half sized unit again and placing them side by side. As half units they are extremely stable with nil safety concerns

Exactly what I was after; so good, I bought two more! Now I have visual access to all my CDs and DVD/Blu Rays which is fantastic. Plenty of good feed back from visitors. Easy to assemble and stylish
I have just purchased a second one of this shelving. I find it to be great value, easy to assemble and looks great! I had my dvds on a bookshelf which looked out of place next to the other bookshelves with books in them. This unit is a lot bigger and displays a lot neater. A great CD shelf unit
The shelf unit was relatively easy to construct and when finished, it provided us with an enormous capacity for a CD collection. It looks good and, considering its source, seems well manufactured and surprisingly sturdy. We liked it so much that we ordered a second unit.
