Standard Matchbox quality with the usual simple but precise execution.
Body casting: quite nice, with only some minor blemishes along the roof line and the A pillar. (These are easy fixes, when the model gets a new paint job)
Base: also cast alloy with a reasonable amount of detail.
Rolling: no suspension, but pretty nice wheels, rolls with very little wobble, hardly noticeable.
Interior: basic one piece fold-up red plastic with a nice proportional period steering wheel.
Features: the only detailed part is the windscreen, with a cast-on wiper and raised edges, painted black to represent rubber seal. Simple yet optically effective touch. Headlights are simply chromed and the one on the right seems to be off on almost every example I have seen. No hinges, handles or anything else is picked out in silver, but two dots for the rear lights.
Verdict: well made solid little car, which is easy to pull apart, ready for upgrades. Displays well straight out of the box but still can be handled without risking to break off tiny parts. Seems to be available in two versions, both for well under $10 most of the time.
