Great for scalp psoriasis and eczema
I brought this shampoo based off internet research for psoriasis shampoos that help reduce the itching and burning on the scalp. I’ve tried coal tar based shampoos before with limited success and they severely dry the hair out so I was pleased to find T/Sal which has salicylic acid (aspirin ingredient) as its active ingredient and no coal tar. The reviews I read were positive so I decided to give it a go. I’ve been using this shampoo for 3 weeks now and my itching has reduced significantly and I have less plaques.
