    Finally, I get a whole night's sleep

    These little gadgets have changed my life. My nose closes up at night, so for years I'd wake during the night either because I was snoring or because I'd be unable to breathe. This product holds my nasal passages open so am able to breathe and therefore sleep through the whole night. My only problem with them was finding a size that fits. This took trial and error. Large is too large, it was too tight so the pressure caused inflamation/infection in adjacent nostril tissue. Medium fits my nostrils but the length is too short so it would slip out easily and also would cause inflammation because of the movement. The solution in the end was to place the small size "upside down" tucked just inside the upper part of my nostrils. Doing this, it stays in place and it creates enough of an opening that it works. The only way these could be improved would be to redesign for adjustable lengths or increase the range to include different lengths.
