Exactly what I wanted!
I was looking for a tv stand that could comfortably hold my 50in Samsung flat screen whilst being placed on top of a table. I also wanted it to swivel, which this does by about 15 degrees which is plenty for me but might not be enough for some people. Initially there were signs of cheap manufacture - the main holes in the base were rough round the edges - but it doesn't matter because everything that can be seen looks clean cut. Instructions were pretty clear, as long as you are organised with identifying the nuts, bolts and washers before you start! I had to get creative with the bolts and washers you use to fix the bracket to the back of the TV, mixing which washers I used (1 medium length tube type on the bottom bolts, 2 thinner plastic ones on each of the top bolts). Ultimately, this is exactly what I needed - it was easy to assemble, comfortably supports my tv and it looks good! Highly recommended - especially at this price.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Seriously surprised
Honestly can't get over the quality of this for the price, really good and solid pedestal bracket. Easy to assemble. Only thing it didn't have was the correct screws to fit the brackets to my TV but luckily I had them. *There are 3/4 different types of screws included for this to try cator for all TVs but unfortunately mine were smaller than the ones provided so I can't mark it down over this.*Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Does a good job but the last part of the instructions looks confusing and not the best solution for the final element
It is easy enough to assemble with the ikea style instructions but there are a couple of areas where you might have to stop and think for a few minutes before realising how things go together, particularly with regards to the last element, attaching the TV to the stand. Whilst it does work, it's not actually a logical and practical way to do so and took me a while to realise that it would have to be completed in such a manner. It's not helped by the fact the the 2 spacers that encompass the screws are hard to insert and do not sit flush inside with the screws, causing them to screw in at an angle, rather than straight. Check your parts before starting as I found that 2 spacers were missing and I had to go out to a local hardware shop to get some. However, once it is complete it works very well and has been rock solid with my 48" TV. The cantilever is a pretty useless option really as the angles that it operates within mean that it has no practical use that I could find. The best part about it is that it is very good value for money for what it does and you could end up spending a lot more elsewhere for the same thing.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The stand Panasonic should supply
This stand is well made and of attractive design. It fitted my TV (Panasonic FX-700 - 49 inch) very well. Because this new 4k display is a lot more directional than my old TV, the pivot feature comes in very useful. Much better than the supplied legs. It is easy to assemble and it supplied with good instructions and fittings

The Perfect Solution
Larger screen TV's are becoming increasingly popular and I recently purchased one. All the models on my short list were supported by feet at either end of the screen, as opposed to a central pedestal stand that I have always been used to. I realised at the time, that I would require a wider TV stand or bench to accomodate the new TV. Unfortunately, it wasn't until the TV was set up, I realised that this was going to be a much bigger problem than expected. In order to angle the TV to the correct viewing angle, I would require a surface with a minimum width of 140cm and a depth of 55cm. I spent months searching for a suitable unit, but nothing I found had both of these dimensions together. The other issue is that with a very large TV, the height is important and some of the units that did have the right width and depth, were at least 50cm or more in height, totally unsuitable for viewing. In the end, I was looking at items of furniture custom designed that cost more than the TV itself. Quite by accident, I stumbled across this brilliant piece of kit which came to the rescue. I was very impressed with the quality of the engineering and the finish. It is superbly well made and finished off. As a bonus, it swivels, which I wouldn't have been able to do with the original feet on the TV. It took me less than an hour to fit on my own, and although the TV weighs 35kg, I felt completely happy when I released the temporary supports and allowed the stand to take the strain. It didn't move or flex, remained solid as a rock, and swivelled silently and smoothly. Clips at the back allow you to bunch your cables into a single strip which are then hidden behind the centre column. Thanks to this brilliant bracket, my TV now sits on a unit that is 26cm high and 39cm deep. The viewing angle is perfect, directly at eye level, and now adjustable for angle. The number of stands available in these dimensions are vast and I found one within minutes from a leading retailer that cost just £39.00. Table pedestal bracket for TV
A good strong bracket system for a large tv. My Panasonic 36" flat screen tv fits on it. Fairly easy to put together, took me under an hour. Even though there are a good selection of screws provided to screw your tv onto the bracket I needed thinner ones, so bear this in mind that you may need additional screws as each tv is different.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great quality and value for money !
i recently bought a 46"samsung smart tv on ebay thru the tesco outlet .. it was a first class bargain but i had one issue with it .. rather than a central pedestal type stand it had two what i would call 'ducks feet' perched at either end of the bottom of the tv.. which going back to the 'ducks feet' had i fitted them would have necessitated an oversized tv table to perch it on .. plus to be fair it looked pretty ugly ! so i thought maybe i can get myself my own pedestal stand with a vesa type back plate and after a few minutes and with a little searching on eBay i found this gem.. it is solidly made from epoxy coated steel easy to put together .. and a doddle to hang the tv on plus a really lovely heavy duty toughened black glass base which gives not only some 'heft' to it but some class also it looks very good and as a bonus the tv can be swivelled through 15' on either side to effect the best possible viewing angle.. and it should be mentioned that the stand is supplied with a complete set of quality fixings that should enable most brands and sizes of tv to be successfully mounted all in all i rate this as one of my best ebay buys ! .. and i would mention that it came exceedingly quickly from up north to down here in southern cornwall.. i ordered it after the tv and it arrived a day before the tv itself via yodel in short i can highly recommend !Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
