Elmore Leonard Western
Elmore Leonard is well-known as a mystery writer. However, he also writes Westerns. Who knew? Anyway, Roberto Valdez is called in to put an end to a problem holding itself up in a shack with a gun. He's ultimately forced to squash the problem by gunning the fugitive down. Too bad the fugitive is less a guilty fugitive and more an innocent fellow. It's bad news for Roberto Valdez and even worse news for the guys who refuse to admit they're wrong and beat Valdez up and tie him to a cross - all for asking for true justice and some money for the innocent fellow's widow. Especially when Valdez comes back and they all begin to die. Recommended for Western lovers and those new to Westerns.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
