True story!
Have had three plantronics over the years, all great. Was sold forever when I took one off, left on the counter, cat must have knocked it down the drain. Found it a day later, after running water many times. Put it in rice for 12 hours, worked like knew. True story, I don't even try another brand. An inexpensive option.
I've yet to own a bad Plantronics device. I cannot seem to stop losing them, so unfortunately, I have unwittingly been getting lots of experience with them. Plantronics will always deliver on a very, consistently good device, well thought out, without breaking the bank. This model is really very basic, and devoid of all the "bells and whistles." Just good sound, at a great price. My experience has been that I get about 2 hours of talk time on a single charge. Similar to tried and true ML20
I bought this as a backup, and I haven't used it, but it's essentially the same as my ML20, and I like that enough to buy backups.
