    Jara delivers.

    Good quality, great sound and range, easy hook up. Only drawback was the earhook. It doesn't hold the earpieces weight well and comes off my ear. The head band works fine, but leaves a mark on my bald head. I purchased the neck wrap band, which is what I had used on my old 9350. Works great.

    Great Headset (using with Polycom VOIP Phones)

    We ordered this headset to try out with our new Polycom VOIP phones. Everything about the headset is excellent; sound quality, comfort, etc. We ordered it with the EHS option (electronic hook switch) and think that's essential, for these phones. With the EHS, we have completely hands free access to the phone. We will order these for all of our employees.

    Great sound, difficult set up

    Love this headset. Have been using this model for over 20 years. The problem is in the instructions for set up. Not the easiest. Was on the verge of returning until i discovered the round circle on the base (use a pen or paperclip to move) to get the sound coming in. Resetting headset was a little tricky too. The clarity and range allows us keep our older discontinued phones for longer.

    Works great!

    This replace the same model I used for many years. It's clear on NJ other sides of the call, the battery lasts most of the day and it's wireless! I've used many headsets for work, and for personal calls, and this is one of my favorites. Probably the only downside is that the technology for the connection is a bit dated, but so are many office phones.

    Good value wireless headset

    I am happy to have something that competes with Plantronics at a fraction of the price. The only problem at this point is that I get a fair bit of feedback from my own voice that I have not figured out. I expect I will soon enough. The ear-hook works just fine.
