Product Information
The inventive world of Scribblenauts expands its content even more in the Nintendo 3DS sequel: "Scribblenauts Unlimited." The creative and open-ended game allows you to use your mind and imagination to get through all types of puzzles and levels. Unlike other versions of the game that were just level-based, "Scribblenauts Unlimited" for the Nintendo 3DS introduces a whole new story to follow. Players of the game learn about Max and the special notebook that his parents gifted him. When Max uses the notebook to play an evil prank on his sister for the first time, she turns to stone. The only way for the brother to free his sister from the cursed stone is to collect Starites from across the world. Players help him achieve this on their video game consoles by earning Starites for each level that is solved. Game levels start off with a variety of functions. For example, a message may indicate a special goal or area that Max needs to reach. To do this, players summon anything through the notebook feature. Using the Nintendo stylus, players write an object on the screen. Once the word is recognized, the object appears and is used to get through the level. Along with objects, you have the ability to summon animals, people, or different types of weather. A new feature in the 3DS game involves the capacity to add adjectives to various items. For example, type in a T-Rex with Boxing gloves and have a dinosaur wearing boxing gloves. You can also add wheels to many items, such as televisions, toys, or animals. This feature expands the ability to create unique designs and to get past certain zones. Traveling to different parts of the world on video game consoles is done using two specific machines. For example, you can load a time machine up and use it to travel to the future or to prehistoric times. In these worlds, you have the ability to take objects and travel back to your original destination. If you load an arcade machine into a level, it serves multiple purposes. Use the arcade to create a barrier, or use it as an active machine. The arcade title is a small rocket game in which you must blow up rockets before they destroy blocks at the bottom of the screen. The action is designed in the style of the Atari system games. High scores are automatically saved, so try to beat it each time you load a new arcade machine. Nintendo 3DS "Scribblenauts Unlimited" also features quick side missions that allow you to earn small Starite shards. Getting 10 of these shards unlocks a full-sized star. By approaching a citizen of the world, you activate these brief missions and choose to accept them. There are hundreds of missions to complete before the whole story is over. "Scribblenauts Unlimited" is a great puzzle adventure for the Nintendo 3DS. Its content is rated E 10 Plus. Children expand their creativity in this instant 3DS classic.Product Identifiers
