Does not hold charge
I got this product 2 weeks ago and it won't hold a charge for longer than a couple of hours. I have tried to let it deplete and then recharge. Same result. My husband's I doing the same thing for his 7 edge. He had one previously and it worked great until recently, so he ordered another on & I decided to order one s well. I love the Juice Pack & have been using them for about 5 yrs. The only problem is they do not last very long - usually about 6month to a year the battery in the Juice Pack starts doing wierd things or it won't charge the phone.
