I have no way of testing it now because I don’t have any devices with 30 pin connectors. And since iOS 16, a 30 pin to lightning connector will not work on newer iPhones. Apparently this can only be used on devices with 30 pin connectors.

Borderline Useless
This is a beautifully designed mic. It's designed for iPhones etc. that use the 30 pin USB connector. The problem is that the software with which it was designed to work is no longer available for those iPhones, since they can't be upgraded to OS 8. I did manage to find an app that would let me run it, but it's awkward. I emailed Rode to ask if I was mistaken and they basically said, "Yeah, it's no longer available." Upgrade your phone and get a different mic.
