    Works great so far!

    Just got the drive today. I needed it to migrate the OS from an existing drive on one of my older PCs. I figured a WD drive would be more reliable than the Seagate Barracuda that came pre-installed in the machine. So far it seems to work pretty good, but I just got it so, only time will tell.

    Preparing Disk

    When installing Used drives,use repair choose CMD Type Chkdsk /r then Format,because i run into some disk that have been used by the Erase Utility and it messes up sectors

    Decent for the price

    Old mechanical hdd aren’t bad if you just need storage but your better off just paying a little more for an ssd if your wanting something for your operating system. Ssd’s have come down so much in price they are definitely affordable.
