Great Equipment, Nice Commercial Feel
Item came in two boxes and I was a bit surprised when you had to put every piece together. On the bright side I was able to torque every nut and bolt and gave me a little piece of mind plus it was easy to move down into my home gym area. Once I finally got the item together the cable and pulley system feels nice and smooth. The weight movement feels very tight and controlled allowing you to utilize heavy weights. I love all the different areas that you can focus on different body parts and I purchased additional attachments for different tricep and bicep movements. All in all you can't beat the price and the construction and usability is off the charts! Would recommend this item to anyone looking to add to there home gym. Great Machine
Very nice machine with a very reasonable price tag for what you get. The frame is made of heavy gauge steel and the machine is really smooth when using. I believe the attachments are made of aluminum, as they feel lighter than those at the gym. They certainly don't look "cheap", they seem to be very good quality. Everything is as described, and I it actually surpassed my expectations. Others were mentioning that they did not receive instructions with their units...I actually did receive instructions and it really was not hard to assemble - just a bit time consuming. I just grabbed a cold refreshment, cranked up the XM Radio and took my time with it. It took me about 2 1/2 hours to assemble total. One thing to watch - be sure to feed your main cable through AS YOU ARE assembling the pulleys in place. If you bolt the pulleys in place first, you'll have to unfasten them to get the cable through. It's a little tricky, but just take your time. Mine even came with a bottle of touch up paint. Excellent addition to my home gym, and it opens up literally dozens of new exercises/ movements that I couldn't do before.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

essential reach tool for older folks
Seems to be well made, does the job, helps me get to stuff under the cupboards that I can't reach anymore because of my stiff knee's. Helps my wife reach stuff on high shelves that her height does not allow her to reach. Very essential tool that makes formally useless space useful again.
