Easy to use and pleasant taste
Checked with my doctor before taking this product to make sure it would not interfere with any medications or vitamin supplements I already take. She had no problem with it. Have only been taking it about 2 weeks. So can't tell yet how much good it might be doing since I usually give something like this 3 months before I can know for sure how it actually works for me. But so far, I haven't had any problems taking it. It is fairly easy to take. Was concerned about taste since product is a powder that has to be mixed with water. Feel good psychologically - not necessarily physically
I got this for my daughter since she is a very finicky eater and I was worried she is not getting the proper nutrition from her daily food intake. This product seemed to fit the bill of a super food that could somewhat compensate for that. I also gave it to my son before tests to see if the proclaimed energy boost provides any positive effect like focusing etc. After a month, I feel it is more a psychological boost (placebo effect) than anything else. Maybe it works better for older folks like me. However, I am a healthy eater and the high cost discourages me from taking it other than out of curiosity. Bottom line, it definitely has high quality ingredients that are supposed to be good for you. It will cost a lot more money to get the same dosage from fresh fruits and veggies. But $200 for a pound of this formula ($50 per bottle) is way too much in my opinion. If half the price, I think it is worth the nutrients that it provides. Great Product
It has reduced age spots to almost nothing, fixed my acid reflux. I used to have to take prescription strength nexum and similar products daily to keep my acid reflux under control. Good product. Expensive though

vital reds
I have been taking Vital Reds every morning for a year or so and I believe I have a greater immunity to all that the world has in sickness. I did have one cold this last year, but I believe it was viral in strength and it lasted about 3 weeks, I did not call in sick either. I give platelets about 2 times a month and my heart rate, pulse, blood pressure are all very good. I am a 67 yr old lady in very good health. Like an Energizer Bunny
This product's claims are all true! I haven't felt this energized in awhile and yes I am so glad I purchased it. I received a good deal and although it may be a bit more expensive than most it's worth it. Everything physically is great: my weight is regulated, a peppy step, hair, skin and nails, etc. In fact, it's so energizing for me, I can't take it everyday because it causes me to stay up late I have to make myself go to bed but once I do... Cholesterol way down with Vita reds l
Amazing drop in cholesterol, my doctor almost came out of his seat. 40 point on the bad side with an increase of 3 or 4 points on the good side. After a heart attack and 2 stents it's critical I keep it low but I don't want to take a statin drug. Tried many things, this seem to work awesome. I'm not big on reviews and it's hard to take the time to do so. This is for the people that are in my position and need this to help them.
