Top quality product that does the job.
This a strong and very adjustable Jockey Wheel that is well made. It is made in China but Ark obviously has a strong hand in design and quality control. So many Chinese goods are poorly designed, manufactured with substandard materials and simply will not do the job. So many Australian companies just accept what the Chinese "manufacturers" give them and as a result, the poor quality goods are all that is available. Not so Ark. Top Jockey Wheel ... pleased with it
Item is what I expected and wanted ... i.e. side wind instead of top wind to what I had. Easier to wind for my wife when she helps hook up... Easy to fit, seems/looks strong, easy to wind, wheel locks up to where you require and handle comes off of which I didn't know if I would like or need but good.

Well built and sturdy
Looks very well built. Previous jockey wheels we have used on our car trailer have failed and been hard to use. This one felt easier to move trailer, and there was no delay when changing direction. The only problem I can see is losing the handle. It is held on by magnets, and you must remember to remove it when attached to the vehicle. It is in itself though, a security device.
