Perfect match for Moka Pot - car/camping trips with fresh ground coffee
I have a Baratza grinder at home, plus a hand grinder costing 3 x the price of this so have some use of other grinders to compare. I wanted a hand grinder specifically for my Bialetti Moka Pot for when I go on car trips/camping etc. The Bialetti Moka Pot gives you an optimum extraction with a medium grind, similar to salt they say. I have dialled in the right grind on my home electric grinder which gives me a lovely coffee extraction from my Moka Pot, however the other hand grinder I have is more suited to a finer espresso grind. I didn't realise Bialleti had this Moka grinder and was pleased to find it; - the price is fair for the grinder, it is mainly plastic, but its not flimsy, - the ceramic conical burr looks good quality, - the handle.winding mechanism works fine Overall, this Bialetti Manual Coffee Grinder for Moka Pot is Perfect for weekend car/camping trips. It is designed to grind for a Moka Pot and it does that very well, the consistency of the grind is perfect from my perspective. This will be a nice addition to my camping coffee kit and means I can have fresh ground just right for my Moka Pot. I have given it a good try out at home before packing into my car/camp coffee gear bag and it performed perfectly. I've added some pictures. If anyone is new to the Moka Pot, watch James Hoffman YouTube on Moka Pot to get the best extraction. You will notice that my 3-Cup Moka Pot is sitting on a small cast iron diffuser plate, that has made a huge difference to a slow extraction, plus the addition of an Aero-Press micro filter paper has resulted in consistent extractions and very nice coffee. So much so, that I tend to use my Moka Pot at home now when I'm on my own, and leave the espresso machine for when I have friends over.

Don't expect a premium product
Honestly, this product feels too much like plastic. The base feel fragile and I am terrified I will drop and break a piece each time I get the ground coffee out (comes out as three different pieces). I expected a much better build quality from a renowned brand, especially at that price point. I recommend checking the product IRL before buying. I also found that the time it took to grind enough for 3 cups is longer than expected.
