I have used this product for years. I originally purchased while on holiday in England nearly 25 years ago. It was recommended to me by a work colleague who asked me to buy some for her while I was in England. There is no other antiseptic cream on the market. I suffer from heat rashes all the time. I found this product my godsend when working in catering and a very hot environment. Some days the heat rash was so severe my skin was red roar, and I found it difficult to walk. I have used germolene all my life, I do tell people tht it could mend a broken leg. I had awful cold sores on my mouth, the only cream that worked was germolene, it used to be in a round tin and was really moist, but now the cream dries out straight away. I prefer old kind.
