The Image Stabilization feature rocks. You may think why would you need it for a lens with f 2.0 but believe you me you will need it more than you could imagine. All That I Expected
Did my homework before buying this lens, and have not been disappointed at all. It is everything I had hoped for; tack sharp, east to focus manually when I choose not to use auto-focus, and auto-focus is right on when I do. Light enough to use as a walk around lens, and has a solid quality feel to it. Images are great in color and detail. Amazing lens for the money. This 35mm is the perfect compromise between being somewhat wide enough to get landscapes and shooting in tighter spaces indoors without having any of the distortion issues you get with a 24 or wider on a full frame camera
