Diabetic tablet
If you are a diabetic like i am then this is an added tool in the fight against diabetes. I was watching one of the many YouTube channels that have Doctors on them, I came across a Dr Peter Glidden talking about minerals and diabetes. Long story short, he recommended Vanadium and Chromium. You can do a search for Dr Glidden on YouTube to get the information directly from him. I also did a search for minerals and diabetes to see what else I could find. Due diligence is always advised when it comes to medical information, anyway i found hundreds of sites supporting Dr Glidden the most reputable was the British Diabetic Association I have been having good success with the supplement my blood sugar levels have dropped from 8.9 to 5.4 over a period of weeks I have tried having high sugar hits like ice cream cheese cake and chocolate to see if I would get the sugar sleep you would normally get after consuming such high levels of sugar. I can only tell you that for me the sugar hit did not have the normal side effects of sleepiness that I would normally get. I do not suggest that if you decide to start taking these tablets you can start consuming sugar without consequences I did it for a few days to see what the effects would be, I have since gone back to as much of a sugarless diet as possible. I will continue to take the tablets as part of my diabetic program. To wrap this up I am a type 2 diabetic I control it with diet and exercise I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2014 I am the only person in my family to have diabetes so there is no previous history. I am not overweight and have led an active lifestyle all my life either through work sports or my time in the Australian army as a paratrooper. At the time of writing this review I am 55 years old and it is the 20 July 2017 I hope this information is of help to someone all the best with your own fight against diabetes.
