    Don't have high expectations.

This product is exactly what you would expect to get for the price. It has a tiny bucket and flimsy frame. Having said that, it does what I bought it for. Small loads of concrete when I need it. DO NOT purchase if you are wanting to large loads.

You get what you pay for....just

Honestly save your money and buy something decent ,i should have. It is very light in construction and plastic pivot points look like they would break after a little use. It is more like a toy than a mixer so buy a toy barrow you will need it to fit under.

  • Perfect for the Home Handyman

Perfect for the Home Handyman. Small unit, which is good as it is reasonably light to move around. Good for a 20kg bag of premix concrete and mixes it well. Tipper handle works as it should. Pours out the mix nicely with good tipper lock choices. Solid and good thickness steel bowl. No leaking water through bowl joint, so seal works as it should. Ran it pretty much all day mixing up 20kg bags, motor got fairly warm as you would expect but not over hot, so all good there. Folks I'd give this a 4.5 out of 5. Only negative is the poor quality assembly instructions, but it is pretty straight forward putting it together (just don't forget to put the rubber seal between the two bowl components as the instructions don't even mention it). I don't know why some people gave this product negative reviews. It is a small unit (70L). It is for the small jobs. It is good value for money.

  • 70 litre bummer mixer

Not easy to put together, you need an engineer to get that spring in😉. But! Works fine for those 1 bag at a time jobs. Easy to use and move around and mixes it properly in a short time. Didn't try using more than 1,x20kg bag at a time, don't think it would fit.

  • Good machine

This is a good handy little machine for DIY jobs but it’s not a large machine only holds a 1.5 bags of cement could get 2 in but not recommended by the manufacturer. I have ran it a few days off and on with no problems at all. It is only small so can’t fit wheelbarrow under it without the machine being raised. Easy to move as we two people tip it a bit over the hole to pour out cement. Large jobs I wouldn’t recommend this machine look for a bigger unit but smallish jobs such as posts or small paths it worked a treat for me but did have to mix multiple times to fill certain holes.

  • Value for money with some limitations.

You gets what you pay for! Having said that, I knew what i was getting and do not regret it.It is no good for laying say a garage floor. It is simply too small.I bought it to do garden edging and it does that well.I put pre-mix bags into it.The main complaint from people is that it is too low and it sure is.Stupidly so.You will not get any wheel barrow under it.However i knew this and being a Boilermaker. I raised it with structural additions to the frame. Can get any wheel barrow under it now.So you need to be a tradesman or good DIY man to fix the problem.I am happy, but it has limitations.

  • Good quality and very happy with purchase

Very good product at a good value. Only comments is first while it was easy to put together the instructions for the handle was incorrect, maybe from an old model or design and took us some time to work it out. Minor parts were missing or simplified but if your a builder should be fine. Final comment was after mixing it was a little hard to pour out the mixture, Not sure if this is normal as we have used these machines in the past but definitely not often. Felt it could have been easier to pour. Beside these minor comments, made our home building job very easy and worth the price. Hope this helps you too

  • A great little mixer for those DIY projects.

A great little mixer that goes together easily and is a dream to use. This is not a commercial grade product but is perfect for those small DIY projects around the house. Limitations noted include the height of the mixing bowl above the ground and limited bowl capacity. I've run close to a metre of premix concrete through it over the past few days without a hitch. Just keep each load to a modest size. I smeared the gears with general purpose grease before I used it which makes the operation almost noiseless and after a nearly metre of mixing, the paint is still on all the gears. Treat it gently and I expect it to last a long time. A bargain for the the price, it has paid for itself already and still looks new.

  • Cheaper than hiring one

Good enough for the home handy man. Do I expect it to last a lifetime - no. Am I a pro builder using this day in day out - no. I'm a bloke who's got a few small projects on. A few raised beds in the garden. I'm looking to mix some mud and a little render. I looked at hiring one from Bunnings, the daily charge and also the hassle of getting it home and back, was too much to handle. I was looking at mixing my mud in a barrow, till I found this on the Edisons store on eBay. So now I've got my own shiny new cement mixer and I had change out of $180 Bucks. It was delivered for FREE to my front door within the week. It was well packaged and it took about 1 hour to assemble. I plugged it in and off we went.
