Awesome features
I work in a call center and I take several calls per day. I didn't like the headset my company provided.. I felt chained to my desk, it was uncomfortable, and it lacked many features. Many of my co-workers had this particular headset, so from word of mouth and recommendations, I decided to purchase this product. I've been using it for about a month already, and I don't regret purchasing it at all. I love it. It's lightweight, comfortable, and very easy to setup and use. I love the 3 audio switch options (computer in/out, bluetooth in/out, and the hard-phone connection). This is not a comfortable, or user friendly office head set. It is big and bulky, and does not stay on head very well due to the weight of the headset. Walk away from the desk with confidence.
I enjoy being able to walk away from my desk while on calls. Overall functionality is great. The only issue I have is trying to use Skype and Teams; audio doesn't work well with Teams. You have to exit Skype completely, then you can use the headset with Teams. It would be nice if Plantations software would allow you to select one or the other for primary use. Would not update
I hooked this up to a pc to update the firmware and it got frozen. Works fine as a basic headset , however when I try to utilize the extra features through the software like hd streaming or hd volume the headset goes haywire.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
