It works.
Overall, functioned as expected. Problem is with the shipping. Not packaged properly, the upper feed tray was broken, pieces in the bottom of the box (still functions). The toner cartridge was not sealed, and toner spilled. Not a lot, but anyone who's cleaned toner knows. Printing light like it's stuck in grayscale. I need good quality documents. I cannot get that with this machine at the moment. I have been calling the Brother help line to correct the light printing, not successful as of this writing.

Great Copier Incorporated Into A Dedicated Printer
I use this machine for my small business -- the copies are crisp and clear and it connects very easily. I actually got a second one for my cashier's office because I am so pleased with it. There is a high capacity cartridge that puts out about 8000 copies before it dies and I have procured those for both offices as well. For our needs, this is so many copies that it will be over three years before we need to replace the cartridge. I had Brother printers before these printers and was always happy with the quality and ease of use.
