Impressive 40mm anti-aircraft gun model.
This is a model from the 12” G. I. Joe range of toys. It is, at least when comparing it to photos of the real gun, an accurate representation of a twin barrel, 40 mm, Bofors anti-aircraft gun. These were used extensively by both the U.S. Navy and the Royal Navy in WWII. The size and details of the model are impressive. I have no plans of ‘playing’ with it, but for kids playing with it, it does appear to be well built. This will be a display piece in my artillery model collection.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
