Great Bread Maker
OMG ! The Best Bread Maker , I make bread everyday or every other day been using black n decker Bread Maker for the last 15 years , ( it’s still working) but I love the way Zojirushi makes loaf bread like a reg loaf of bread , so easy to use , and clean. This bread maker does much more than loaves of bread. Love Love this Bread Maker 😊 Ok Now I have made dough for beer rolls ,so easy and so good, I made a chocolate cake , good , easy it comes out like a pound cake , don’t even spray the pan everything comes out with easy. I see no problems with this Bread Maker , except making more bread rolls and etc A Great machine !!! UPDATE, it worked great a few times now everytime I make bread it comes out uneven??? I use the recipes in the book . I’m not happy at all VERY disappointed 😢 Ok , I went online , I might need to add more water , so I’m trying that now. I really like this bread machine, it might be me not the machine at all. I’ll play around with it and see. I’ll be back after I try a few things. Until we met again, happy baking Now , it was me . Just adding 2_3 TBS more water , cut back on sugar and salt . So if you are having a problem with your bread maker, go to the website, their website is full of helpful information. Now I’m back in love with our bread maker. I cut the bread while it was hot , but our electricity kicked off before 20 mins it was done. So that’s why it fall. It was a beautiful loaf of bread. Enjoy . As you can see in the last two photos just adding 2 TBS more water and cutting back a little on other ingredients the loaf looks a lot better , smelled better also . Hope this helps you.

Fell apart when first used
I was aware of the cracked plastic housing. It was stated that it was in working order. I baked my first loaf and was very disappointed. It didn’t seem to have mixed and kneaded properly. I watched as it baked nervously. When it was done it beeped as it should. The bread was terrible looking and didn’t brown on top. When I lifted the lid to remove the loaf. The lid literally fell apart. The window even fell out. I am truly disappointed because I was so happy to get this machine. Evidently it was more damaged than thought. I have sent pictures.

Great Machine
I bought this new on Ebay and got a real deal on it...watched other auctions for 2 weeks.I have use it twice and both times the bread turned out exactly as the included recipe predicted. I bought it solely on user recommendations, which I tend to value above any other voice. It was the programmable feature that really convinced me to get it-I'm trying to learn the many variations of bread making and being able to tweek the different stages of the process allows for experimenting. High quality
Compared to less expensive machines which I have had in the past, this one seems higher quality. I like how the bread is a rectangular loaf shape instead of vertical. Two paddles turn the dough and remove easily without tearing up the finished loaf. The instruction book is bare bones with few recipes. Retired homeowner who was to heavy
My wife makes all of our bread, which is on the THM eating plan. It is a plan with no gluten,sprouted whole wheat flour, and almond milk for liquid( plus the usual yeast and etc.,but no sugar. Once she got the right crumb and texture, it makes beautiful loaves. Great brown crust, great texture and only 4 carbs/slice. Next time you pick up a loaf of bread in the store, look at the calorie count and carbs/slice and you will know the difference between white flour and whole wheat sprouted flour. Great bread machine
I have used a Panasonic bread maker that is at least 20 years old. It finally started to go (got my money's worth out of it!), so I purchased this model, based on reviews and recommendations. It makes great bread and I love that the loaf looks more like a traditional horizontal loaf rather that the weirdly shaped tall loaf typical of other machines. It has a lot of options and the family loves it. After I purchased it, I was making a loaf every other day (nothing like fresh-baked bread).
