    Very low heat strips.

    The unit came with very low heat strips. Because of wrong heat strips it will not work on a 3 HP motor. The safety heat strips get red hot. It was only good for something small like a window fan. I gave it a YES on value and quality only because it would work on a very small electrical motor and the price was reasonable.
