Slack manufacturer
This item was purchased to replace another Hills retractable. I fitted it in accordance with manufacturers instructions and it looked quite good. Tension on the lines seemed acceptable. Having done my first wash and hung out my load, I was dismayed to find that the lines went slack. I re-tensioned the lines again and on my next wash the same thing happened.
