Love my new toothbrush!! This is my fifth Sonicare and I love how Phillips continues to improve it's products. I am an avid brusher so I feel I need the best I can get. Slippery handle, unnecessary bells and whisltes.
This is my 4th Philips Sonicare in a 10 year period. It seems Philips removes all the "good" things about their Sonicare toothbrushes and replaces them with useless features and slick design that I really don't need. I don't know if the fact that this toothbrush has a totally smooth handle and it slips out of your hand when changing positions from quadrant to quadrant is a joke upon the public or if they just didn't notice. Anyone do product testing before releasing it upon the public? Make sure you have room for that glass on your bathroom counter. It takes up a lot of space. The app to keeps up on your brushing sometimes doesn't work and I have to reinstall it and start from the beginning. It does brush your teeth just as well as my old Sonicare but is definitely not worth the big price tag. I would stay with a simple Sonicare and skip the bells and whistles for gums and tongue that are useless and I really don't want to have my phone with me every time I brush my teeth.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Excellent for keeping teeth and gums healthy
My previous Philips Sonicare Diamond Electric Toothbrush stopped working six years and three months after purchase, so I bought this newer version. This one has a few new useful features, including a light on the bottom of the brush which notifies you when you are brushing too hard. This electric toothbrush is very effective at getting maximum brushing of all teeth and gums in minimum time (I don't quite brush for the two minutes my dentist recommends, but I brush often). 9300 is great. Make sure you are getting the full 3 replacement heads, glass and regular charger, along with travel case. All those accessories make this great. I've been using Sonicare for years so I know how great they are, but if you are new, its worth it. Mobile phone app is also a nice touch as it will help you find your weak spots. Have used the toothbrush for a couple of weeks. Really impressed with the cleaning power. Feels like you just walked out of the dentist's office. Has a lot of bells and whistles I don't need, but nice to have. Slightly disappointed with the battery power. It lasted 10 days without a charge, but the pamphlet led me to believe it would last over 2 weeks. No biggie because the charger is small and easy to pack. Amazing toothbrush for a great value.
I never thought I'd say this, but I can't wait to brush my teeth! I can already feel the difference after one cleaning. I have cerebral palsy, and that comes with dental problems. It's very hard to keep up with keeping our mouths clean. I'm having a deep cleaning on Monday and this just arrived on Saturday. I'm thrilled that I have this brush to keep my mouth clean after the deep cleaning. One of the coolest Parts about this is that it connects to a app that tells you how you're brushing tells you to stop if you're using too much pressure. a great brush if it meets your needs
I have to say I really like the app and the information about how you are brushing. Turns out I was moving the brush around way too much and not brushing well even if it was long enough. I have a history of cavities and lots of reconstructive dental work so I want to make sure I do everything I can to maintain things going forward. I like the fact that you can set this for your problem areas as well. My son has braces and it has been great for him. My teeth don't feel cleaner than they did with my last Sonicare toothbrush but i do feel like overall I am doing a better job of brushing.
