Great WiFi Extender for the price that exceeded my expectations.
The Camp Pro 2 is a good solution for those times when your device's internal antenna is just not strong enough to pull in a weak or distant public wifi signal. The system is easy to assemble, and setup of the Alfa router was flawless. It is mounted on our RV ladder and we simply route the USB cord in through the slide out seal. We have used it in two different areas of the same RV park, one area very distant from any wifi tower and one area in a cluster of three repeaters. The signal is nearly maxed in the cluster and was well over half strength in the distant zone. (In this area, the phone and laptop couldn't even find the wifi signal!) The router allows our entire RV to link into one private hotspot and as long as we keep the park system logged in, we have full connectivity. This park severely limits speed and types of access, so we cannot comment on speed, but none of the allowed content types have been slow or unusable. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a simple, cost-effective wifi extender for limited to part-time use.

Helps receive signal, but doesn't increase bandwidth speeds...
You need to understand clearly what you are buying if you purchase this product...it does NOT increase the bandwidth of the base internet provider! Think of bandwidth like cars speeding down a freeway...you cannot increase their speed as that is determined by the amount of bandwidth that was purchased; however, this product will help you access that bandwidth and get a stronger signal from it. So you don't actually get "increased" speeds, per se, what you get is an ENHANCED signal FROM THE BASE TRANSMITTER that is supplying internet to your area...so if you're in the far end of the campground, it will help and if you're already close to the base transmitter than it won't make any difference. Excellent product and great price for what you get
Product worked great for us. One of the cheapest on the market with excellent results. Also one of the easiest setups. Just follow the instructions. Please note it does not increase the bandwidth of the internet from the source, but it does pull in the signal much stronger if you are far away from the source like we are. Exceeded my expectations.
This is a great WiFi extender when campsite WiFi is far away. Doesn’t drop connection or kick devices off. The only thing is and why I put 4 stars instead of 5 is that when it loses power it factory resets, which I find a little ridiculous as it must be set up everytime you power it back on. I cut the 120v block off of the cord and straight wired it to the under cabinet light.

Inexpensive Option for Wifi
Love how this kit includes everything you need to extend wifi into your rv. The setup instructions are easy to understand but could go more into depth on technical setup. I mounted mine on a 2" suction cup so I could move it around the rv to get the best signal. It boosted my signal from less than one Mbps to over 3mbps at a range of 500 feet through trees. 1/2 the signal strength of Bitstream Antenna
If you you just need an exterior antenna to capture an already strong wifi signal, this will work for you. However, it does not boost a wifi signal in the way I'd hoped. I used the Alfa Camp Pro 2 on my camper and a Bitstream Badboy at my house to share wifi with a friend. Out of curiosity, I tested both systems at home and found the signal from my Bitstream device was twice as powerful as through the Alfa Camp resulting in faster speed tests. I searched and searched looking for something to help me with my Wi-Fi in my enclosed trailer. I couldn’t get Wi-Fi inside unless I held my receiving unit close to a window. I purchased this unit and it was easy to install and polls in all kinds of Wi-Fi signals. I am using my Wi-Fi in my motorhome and the transmitter is located in the front of my 40 foot bus. Didn't work
After reading many customer reviews we thought thought we would try this. We even extended the antenna so it would be about 5 ft above our trailer. Fist we were in at a campground with no hook ups. So were hotspot off our phones which we got service off, but that didn't work no service to use our laptop our TV. 2nd we were in a campground with full cable and wifi but still absolutely no unable to use our laptop with any internet service. We read everything and tried every advice given, but no go for us. Maybe great product. Need to update software
I think it will work great however I installed it but I can't use it because the RV park where I am staying has a system that you need to sign every time you need to use the Wi-Fi and this system doesn't support it.
