Prismacolor Premium Colored Pencils have a thick soft core with smooth laydown. The pigments are of artist grade with rich, vibrant colors. They are "Lightfast". Which means the color pigments will not fade for 100 + years. Prismacolor Pencils also blend well, through pressure, colorless blending Pencil, or white Pencil, or through solvents, like odorless mineral spirits, odorless Pencil solvents, or 90-99% rubbing alcohol.
