You get no help setting it up

I really like this router;s ability to deliver 4k TV pix
In nearly every way this is better than the very good router it is replacing. Less, nearly none,buffering. Much clearer TV pix (4k).The only problem, I from day one I never had with my old one, this one will not automatically bring up my internet phone/Captioning phone, which immediately recognizes it, but will not function.
