What they don’t tell u
Bought the CRP129X, has nice feel to it useable for basic basic fault reading it has the ability to be more powerful but u have to buy a 12 month rental of the functions you one it only resets oil service light as advertised but does not reset inspection lights which are the main reasons needling a scan tool and it’s $99 a year for the features u want which is not bad if u consider it but adds up quickly if u have 3 to 4 functions goes past the price of the unit and it’s only valid for 12 months so not worth the money have to subscribe basically to the tool and don’t know how stable the system is as it has not asked me to log in to something just wants credit card or pay pal for purchases if somehow u loose it can’t see how u can get it back to restore purchase. It’s a glorified code reader that looks and feels good and if u need to you can pay to unlock the functions if u need to. But loose them by time u need to rest your yearly oil light. Fast shipping from company well packaged and all round solid unit.

This Artidiag500 has paid for itself already in diagnosing a misfire on my son’s car and a jump in fuel consumption on my wife’s car. A duff coil and an aged O2 sensor respectively.
